Shipping & Returns

Shipping processing:

Except a few countries and regions (United States, United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Mongolia,
Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Cambodia, New Zealand), the others should changed.

As what we usually do, we ship orders from our international buyers by EMS, UPS, and sometimes Fedex.
And it may takes 5-7 days to arrive you.

First time International credit card orders must fax or email a second proof of identity
consisting of: a copy of your billing credit card statement. Please cover the number of the
Credit Card account on the statement.

The international orders are charged in US Dollars, and they include shipping, handling,
and insurance for shipment by Global Express Mail.

Prices are provided as a guide only and may vary with the weight. And the prices don't include
customs fees and import duties of the country.

We do not ship priority mail unless you increase your shipping fee.

Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.

Returning & Exchanges processing:

For items directed to our Returns Center, if you are not satisfied with our product, you must
contact us within a week. All items sent back to us must be in original condition i.e. not worn,
altered or washed, with all tags attached. You should pay the shipping fee and we will charge you
15% of your order amount as our restocking fee.

This time period includes:
5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper.
3 to 5 business days for us to process your return .


Exchanges are treated as new orders in our company. You can wait until your return is received
and a refund is issued before placing a new order. (There are 2 situations: If ur order has not been
shipped out, then u can make exchange conveniently. If ur order has been shipped out, u still need make
exchange, then u are responsible for the exchange shipping fee.)
